Insolvency Law Academy’s Resource Centre and Archive is dedicated to Shri Justice D.P. Wadhwa, Hon’ble former Judge, Supreme Court of India, in recognition of his role in the development of insolvency industry in India.
The Resource Centre and Archive is a digital and freely accessible resource -comprises of comprehensive collection and collation of insolvency and related legislations, regulations from jurisdictions around the world; important court decisions; a selection of reports, publications and articles; books on insolvency, bankruptcy and related subjects and other online resources on insolvency, bankruptcy and turnaround. A physical space is planned for the Resource Centre and Archive when hard infrastructure of ILA is established.

Besides offering mediation services, the proposed international mediation centre will also serve as an advocacy body to promote mediation and develop a formidable cadre of mediators by training qualified professionals.

Insolvency Law Academy announces the 3rd Edition of ILA International Short Story (Insolvency and Bankruptcy) Contest, under the Emerging Scholars Group (ESG).
By way of this Contest, ILA-ESG have invited short stories from the public on corporate insolvency and bankruptcy topics.
The best short story, to be selected by a jury of international experts, shall be awarded the “ILA Best Short Story Award 2024”. The award comprises of a plaque and INR 1,00,000 (approximate US$1200). The authors of the three top scoring stories will be invited to the ILA Annual Conference to be held in Alwar, India from 14th to 16th March, 2025. Registration fees for their attendance will be waived. The submissions are required to be made in accordance with the Guidelines for Participation and Submissions.

The ESG meeting and the Insolvency Scholars Forum will convene in Alwar, Rajasthan (India) from 14th–16th March 2025. This 2nd ESG meeting aims to provide a forum for emerging scholars to present their research to their peers and to experienced scholars. We are particularly interested in submissions in the following areas:
