The The Emerging Scholars Group (ESG), an initiative of the Insolvency Law Academy invited the research papers from emerging scholars to present their research to their peers and to experienced scholars in the following areas:
- Pre-insolvency procedures
- Cross-border insolvency
- Financial institutions in distress
The last date for submission was 30th September 2023.
The selected applicants would be presenting the papers at the inaugural ESG meeting, to be held from Friday, 9th to Sunday, 11th February 2024 in Goa.
