IBCThink Factory® is a limited edition short-term masterclass residency programme for select professionals to foster creative development in insolvency, develop ideas in a group setting and facilitate exchange among leadership and talents. The format will have all kinds of conversations – discourse, debate, dialogue and yes, even diatribe.
- The Masterclass Residency comprises only of 10 participants. Out of these, eight are Indian professionals and two, foreign experts.
- Each day, a special guest (Supreme Court judge, film personality, author, social personality, influencer or Parliamentarian) will join the group to spend time and share experiences and learnings.
- The residency programme is designed for the invited participants to leave behind the rigor and responsibilities of regular life and indulge in creative discussions in a relaxed, informal and laid back format over four days of retreat.
