Insolvency Law Academy (ILA) was pleased to partner with National Law University, Delhi, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, the United Nations UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific. ILA sponsored the first prize of the 6^th Arun Jaitley International Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot Competition organised by Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at National Law University, Delhi in collaboration with INSOL India.

The theme of this edition was ‘Corporate Groups and Cross- Border Insolvency’.

The award to the winning team from Institute of Law Nirma University was presented by our President, Mr. Sumant Batra.  

Other categories of prizes awarded were:

(i) Second best team- NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad

(ii) Best oralist Advanced Rounds -Vanshika Agarwal, Institute of Law, Nirma University

(iii) Best Memoranda – NLU Odisha
