TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  • Entry is strictly by registration.
  • As an academic you are entitled to a flat 20% discount on the registration fee.
  • An extra fee will be charged for an accompanying person. (An accompanying person is a person, including spouse or partner, who accompanies the delegate but shall only attend the social events, including dinners on 14th and 15th March 2025).
  • Group registrations are allowed for four or more delegates from the same organisation. 
  • Payments can be made through bank transfer only.  
  • Entry is allowed from Friday, 14th March till Sunday, 16th March 2025, depending on the confirmation of the registration. 
  • Delegates of the event will be provided lunch at the venue on Saturday,15th and Sunday,16th March 2025.
  • Participants will be provided dinner at the venue on Friday,14th and Saturday,15th March 2025. 
  • Cancellation or refund of the registration fee is not permissible. However, it may be transferred to another delegate in the same category in exceptional circumstances with the prior written approval of ILA.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL BOOKING

The Conference is going to be held at Tijara Fort Palace, which has 101 rooms. The entire Fort Palace has been chartered for the conference. There is no other hotel in proximity. This is the only hotel where the delegates can stay. 

  • We have negotiated special rate for the conference. The discounted tariff can be viewed here.
  • A delegate can avail this discounted rate after registering for the conference and receiving the receipt of confirmation of registration from ILA Secretariat. 

  • Please note rooms are subject to availability. 
  • Refund on account of cancellation or other reason is subject to Neemrana Hotels cancellation policy.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Kindly keep the soft copies of PAN and /or GST registration details handy before filling this form.

  • In case the registration fee is paid from your Employer’s bank account or in case of group registration, please keep the payer’s PAN and GST details handy.

  • In case of group registration, please keep provide details of individuals in a single file. The information can be uploaded in the relevant section using Excel format.

  • Please note that your details will not be saved automatically. The form has to be filled and submitted in one go. Filling out the form halfway and closing the website will result in losing the details.
