Mr. Sinha has represented a large number of private and public sector corporations, including several multinationals, in various litigations, arbitrations and corporate matters.

Litigation experience includes both constitutional and commercial matters, before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Civil Courts, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal, the MRTP Commission (Competition Law), etc.

Arbitration experience includes representation as counsel in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, both ad hoc and institutional, including arbitrations under the ICC Rules, the LCIA Rules, SIAC, UNCITRAL, GAFTA and FOSFA, etc. The subject matters cover sale of goods contract, maritime law, company-shareholder disputes, infrastructure projects, construction, Oil & Gas Contracts, Power Purchase Agreement, trade and shipping disputes etc. Mr. Sinha has also acted in court proceedings relating to arbitration agreements, e.g., proceedings for reference to arbitration, grant of interim measures of protection, post award challenge and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, etc.

Mr. Sinha has also represented the Union of India in arbitrations outside India including arbitration in the UK, Hong Kong, France and the Hague.

Mr. Sinha has been appointed as an arbitrator in several domestic and international arbitrations including appointments by the ICC Paris.

Mr. Sinha is also presently representing several private and public sector undertakings and institutional arbitrations in India and Overseas including arbitrations administered by the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, ICA, ICADR, GAFTA and LMA.

Mr. Sinha was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India in January 2024.

Mr. Sinha has been regularly appearing in matters concerning the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the Companies Act and the Competition Act before the Supreme Court of India and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
