ILA and IIULER entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 8th September 2023As a part of the collaboration they have set up a Chair for Mediation in Insolvency at the IIULER Campus in Goa, to serve as a platform for carrying out joint activities in insolvency and related area.

A Steering Committee shall also be formed to discuss the projects and programs.
