A Memorandum of Understanding was executed between ILA and National Law Institute Bhopal to collaborate on knowledge development, research and capacity building in insolvency and related areas. Both ILA and NLIU have agreed (as a part of Insolvency Scholars Forum) to work together and to develop the community of academics in pursuit of education, research and scholarship in the field of insolvency. Besides this, ILA has agreed to support NLIU in the delivery of Graduate Insolvency Programe course.
