The ‘Regional Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy’, Delhi (Regional Centre) in NLUD Campus, will serve as a platform for carrying out joint activities of ILA and NLUD. Various projects of knowledge development, research and capacity building in insolvency, and related areas will be carried out.

A Steering Committee (SC) would be set up to discuss the projects and program for collaboration.
