The Emerging Scholars Group (ESG) is pleased to announce the hosting of its 2nd meeting. The ESG meeting and the Insolvency Scholars Forum will convene in Alwar, Rajasthan (India) from 14th–16th March 2025.
This 2nd ESG meeting aims to provide a forum for emerging scholars to present their research to their peers and to experienced scholars. We are particularly interested in submissions in the following areas:
- Sustainability in insolvency procedures
- Insolvency reforms in emerging market and developing economies (EMDEs)
- Cross-border insolvency
- Financial institutions in distress
We are happy to consider contributions on other allied topics, like pre-insolvency procedures, MSEs in distress, household debt, digital assets tracing in cross border insolvency, etc.
