Insolvency Law Academy (ILA) and O.P. Jindal Global University have entered into a Research Collaboration Agreement to explore cooperate and collaborate on various projects as may be mutually agreed. They have agreed to undertake various works related to insolvency and commercial laws which would include but not limited to research reports, articles, conferences.

The outcome of the preliminary findings were presented at the ILA Inaugural Conference on Saturday, 4th February, 2023. Appropriate recommendaons will be sent to policy makers, regulators and Stakeholders representave bodies.
