ILA and the India International University of Legal Education and Research (IIULER), Goa entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), on Friday, 8th September 2023, to work together in the developments of insolvency ecosystem in the country and beyond. The two institutions have agreed to set up a Regional Centre for insolvency (Regional Centre) in IIULER campus and set up a ‘Chair for Mediation in Insolvency’, under the Regional Centre.
