ILA and National Law University Delhi (NLUD) entered into an Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU), on Thursday, 19th October 2023, to collaborate to help, strengthen India’s insolvency and bankruptcy framework through various projects of knowledge development, research and capacity building. The projects and programs for the collaboration will be steered through the Steering Committee.
