Insolvency Law Academy and Arun Jaitley Foundation signed an MoU on Saturday 4th February 2023, to establish a Centre for mediation in Insolvency which offers an alternate, non-litigious approach, for dispute resolution in insolvency. Besides offering mediation services, the proposed mediation Centre will also serve as an advocacy body to promote mediation and train qualified professionals to develop a formidable cadre of mediators.
